Nature of our products

Golden Hour Pets sells custom, made-to-order pet portraits. Portrait artwork is created from customer-provided photos using AI-assisted watercolor rendering technology, and each portrait is reviewed by a human before printing. Products are printed and fulfilled on demand by a third-party print provider and shipped directly to the customer.

Intellectual property

The Golden Hour Pets name, logo, website content, design, and original imagery are the property of Golden Hour Pets and may not be used without written permission.

Photos uploaded by customers remain the property of their respective owners. Customers grant Golden Hour Pets a limited license to use uploaded photos solely for creating and fulfilling their orders. See our Terms of Service for details.

Product representation

We work hard to show products accurately. However, screen colors vary, and every portrait is printed on physical canvas - slight differences between on-screen previews and the finished print are normal and not defects. Dimensions listed are approximate.
